Is there an adult board? Just curious cuz (Oh and I know I will get attacked for this) haven't been on in a while and what I read in the first few posts makes me wanna put Seether in one ear and let it out the other.

No one said there was anything "wrong" with the younger kids or generation... she is just wondering if there is any adult talk and constructive intellectual convo here i guess which there isn't lately. Good god.

edited to add:: Vikie, Most of the older fans don't come around much anymore but some of the people here can strike up a good debate and some worthy discussions sometimes.

I'm not going to attack you because it's not worth it. But, yes, we have discussions that can trail off on more crude topics. Guess what? We're allowed. This is an unmoderated board, one of which the band members themselves take a part of and actually add to the more 'baudy' discussions that your post would imply as 'juvenile'. That is what you were implying, was it not?

You're entitled to your opinions. Feel free to join on any thread discussion you think would be 'grown-up' for your tastes. They are on this board too.

Better yet, since you think of us as children, look for seether fan message boards that are moderated if you don't like the tone this board takes. I'm sure none of us would mind.

She asked a question: Is there an adult message board and prefaced it with 'I know I'm going to get attacked'. If that's not a backhanded insult, then what is. If it were an honest question, she wouldn't have written the latter part of that statement.

I answered her question, regardless of whether it was asked or not. There are conversation threads that are 'mature' and then there are those who aren't. I told her the truth: find a thread she feels like would live up to her standards, or go find a moderated thread.
But to call me 'tweeky man', after you all the the threads you started to attack someone else or get a 'bash Dawn' thread going, or something stupid like that, and you got the nerve to call me 'tweeky'?

I don't want to go through life being serious, it's no fuckn fun. I prefer to laugh and I have lmao at alot of stuff posted on this board. I don't believe for a minute that the members of Seether are super serious guys that can't take a joke. I'm willing to bet they visit this board from time to time and have gotten a good chuckle out of some of our 'juvenile' conversations.

At this point, there is no Seether news to discuss. Some of us just enjoy talking to each other. Our conversations end up going in many different colorful directions but we have fun and we laugh. If that makes me juvenile or immature so be it. I've been called worse.

We have fun with our conversations. Sprinkles has been known to chime in himself and join our 'juvenile' conversations.
Vikye, I suspect, won't be back for another six months. She just wanted to post this as an insult and high-tail it out of here so she didn't have to take the heat for her comments.
But in our 'juvenile' conversations, we never went deliberately out of the way to be 'immature', unlike some which aren't worth mentioning.

See, all of those threads we made may have been a little bit out there but at least they were better than this arguing and fighting. Those threads were made to make the board a happier place to post. In my opinion, starting arguments on the board is more immature than just trying to have a lighter hearted conversation.
